The Canvas: Crafting a Culture of Respect is an eLearning course developed for a legal compliance and consulting services company. For this project, Vibrant Learning was contracted to design a training concept that would engage learners as they proceed through each module of the course.
The resulting concept involves various items sitting on a “virtual desktop.” This virtual desktop contains items that the learner must interact with to view the many workplace scenarios that play out prior to each module of the course.
Another interesting feature of this project is a “whiteboard” animation concept which is used to setup each learning scenario. Voiceover Actors bring characters to life as they interact with one another in common workplace locations.
In addition to the scenarios, each module includes supporting content which refers back to the scenarios to assist the learner in understanding the subject matter.
Ultimately, the final deliverable was designed to be delivered via a Learning Management System (LMS), and operates on desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
